Full Stack developer Job description Offshore Location – Pune preferable Experience: 6-11 years Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and Java / Spring Boot for backend services. • Build secure REST APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability. • Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features. • Drive technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers if needed. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
