Assistant Manager

Shift Coverage: 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM or 03:00 PM – 12:00 AM Experience: 3-5 years Location: Pune (Hybrid) Preferrable or All EXL Location Roles & Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and modify Terraform code for AWS infrastructure and services. • Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline. • Manage application and infrastructure deployments across environments. • Provide L2 production support, including monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. • Resolve production issues and make required code changes in supporting services. • Monitor application and infrastructure health using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and Splunk. • Support the hybrid deployment model where applications run on AWS while execution remains on the Mastercard side. • Provide support during the assigned shift to cover Vancouver and US business hours.
