Role Purpose We are looking for an MS Power Platform Developer at B2 level with hands-on experience in building low-code business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio. The resource should be able to translate business requirements into scalable apps, automated workflows, chatbot experiences, and Microsoft 365 integrated solutions. The role will involve working with solution architects, business SMEs and project teams to design, configure, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions. BFSI / Banking experience is preferred, while exposure to shared services, operations, HR, IT support, finance, procurement, or enterprise support functions will also be relevant. Primary Skills: Power Apps, Power Automate (Desktop/Cloud), Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Connectors, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Integration, AI Builder, Generative Answers, Solution Packaging, ALM, Security Roles, DLP Policies and Deployment Support Areas of responsibility • Understand business requirements and convert them into Power Platform solution designs. • Develop Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows and Dataverse-based solution components. • Configure Copilot Studio bots using approved knowledge sources, topics, and workflow actions. • Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, APIs, and business systems using connectors. • Perform testing, defect fixes, deployment support, UAT assistance and post-go-live stabilization. • Prepare concise configuration notes, test evidence, handover inputs, and support documentation. Required Expertise • Hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 integrations. • Ability to build canvas/model-driven apps, cloud flows, approval workflows, notifications, data lookups, and system integrations. • Experience configuring Copilot Studio topics, generative answers, knowledge sources, actions, and fallback handling. • Working knowledge of SharePoint, standard/custom connectors, environments, solutions, security roles, and deployment practices. • Good understanding of data privacy, access control, DLP policies, responsible AI, and enterprise governance expectations. Required Experience & Skills • 4–6 years of IT experience with Power Platform delivery. • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services. • Exposure to Copilot Studio, virtual agents, generative answers, or conversational AI use cases. • Ability to troubleshoot flow failures, connector issues, access restrictions, and deployment challenges. • Good communication skills to work with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders. Good to Have • Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or AI-900. • Exposure to AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, chatbot analytics, Power BI or enterprise reporting use cases. • Understanding of ALM, solution packaging, audit requirements, and Power Platform governance.
