Area(s) of responsibility . Key Responsibilities: • Support, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environments. • Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, Load Balancers, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch, and related services. • Administer and troubleshoot Oracle WebLogic application environments. • Configure and support Akamai for CDN, traffic management, caching, and application delivery. • Configure and manage NGINX as a reverse proxy and load-balancing layer. Provision and automate infrastructure using Terraform. • Monitor applications and infrastructure using Splunk and New Relic. • Troubleshoot application, middleware, network, performance, and production issues. • Perform incident resolution, root-cause analysis, patching, upgrades, and platform health checks. • Work with applications, cloud, network, security, and DevOps teams to support reliable production environments.
