Maintenance Operation- ▪ Responding to breakdowns ▪ Diagnosing faults ▪ Repairing equipment like Oven cleaning, Ac’s Compressor, Baking Equipment’s ▪ Maintenance of Electrical Equipment’s ▪ Resolving the complaint for Each Restaurants ▪ Respond quickly in the case of Emergency events ▪ Perform other Maintenance duties as per requirement ▪ Attending the Complaint Help Desk Service Efficiency ▪ Achieving average resolution time. i.e. 48 Hrs. ▪ Achieving Preventive Maintenance schedule compliances i.e. 95% Governance ▪ 100% PM check sheet updation. Customer Complaint Handling Process Ensuring 100% Complaint Closure within TAT Safety Incidents ▪ Ensure safety at work area Drive A Performance Oriented Culture ▪ Discipline and no behaviour issue ▪ Nil unauthorised absenteeism Self-Development 1- System proficiency 2 - Training on new equipment 3- Able to work independently
