Technical Lead Job Description Offshore Location – Pune preferable or All EXL Location Experience: 10-12 years Roles & Responsibilities • Lead application design, solution architecture, and technical discussions for the UI and backend components. • Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in development using React.js and either Node.js or Java. • Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven solutions using Kafka and Axon Framework. • Guide cloud-native development and ensure alignment with CI/CD and DevOps best practices. • Support critical production issues and maintain architecture governance.
