Lead - Power Electronics

• R&D/Engineering experience for Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) domain • Experience in PCS/inverters, X-in-1 systems, including requirements analysis, system design, development, validation and certification • Experience in hardware and software for EMS • Experience in handling power electronics for BESS projects or mobility EV projects • Experience in handling product issues, projects, trouble shooting, problem solving for quality and performance • Very good design-to-cost experience with deep understanding of cost drivers and optimisation levers • Very good stakeholder management skills, communication skills – experience in working with suppliers Job Segment: Electronics Engineer, Electrical, Engineer, Engineering
