Assistant General Manager - Architecture

• Design Coordination with Consultants to make the design submissions as per the construction program. • Preparation and monitoring of Design submission program in line with Project Works Program • Review of Design submissions made by the consultants for correctness, optimization and constructability. • Monitoring of quantities in comparison with tender quantities. • Design of temporary works required for the project, review of Geotechnical works • Review of Instrumentation and Monitoring works, review of Building monitoring and protection works. • Preparation of Design Modifications as required at site technical clarifications as required for site and subcontractors. • Design Coordination with Client and GC for getting the design approvals in timely manner. • Review of Interface works progress and making provisions in the structural drawings as per the interface requirements. • Preparation of monthly Design Progressive Report, attend progress review meeting with construction team and clients. • Technical support required for claims by contracts team
