Relationship Manager – Home Finance / Mortgages Company: Kotak Mahindra Bank Department: Home Finance / Mortgages Role: Relationship Manager Location: Indore Role Purpose Drive Home Finance and mortgage business through customer acquisition, DSA and builder relationships, while ensuring strong customer service and adherence to banking processes. Key Responsibilities • Source Home Loan and mortgage business through DSAs, builders, connectors, referrals and market networks. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and builders. • Identify prospective customers and generate new business opportunities. • Understand customers’ financing requirements and recommend appropriate lending solutions. • Manage leads from sourcing through documentation and loan processing. • Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth case processing. • Monitor the sales pipeline and work towards assigned business targets. • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC, compliance and internal policy requirements. • Track market developments and competitor offerings within the assigned geography.
