Product Designer

Key Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery. • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing. • Define user personas, customer journeys, and information architecture. • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. • Design intuitive, visually appealing, and scalable user interfaces. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA teams. • Translate business requirements into meaningful user experiences. • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UX standards. • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to drive continuous improvements. • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices are followed. • Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders. Preferred Skills • Basic understanding of: • HTML5 • CSS3 • JavaScript • React • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Knowledge of product analytics tools such as: • Google Analytics • Mixpanel • Hotjar • Amplitude • Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, retail, or e-commerce applications.
