Area(s) of responsibility Key Responsibilities: • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned JRs: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding. • Source candidates through multiple channels (Job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, direct sourcing)- • Screen profiles against JD, skill requirements, grade, location, and budget alignment. • Coordinate L1/L2 interviews in SuccessFactors and ensure timely feedback closure. • Ensure adherence to interview governance (assessor eligibility, duplicate prevention, mandatory feedback). • Drive offer rollout, approvals, and documentation as per BSL approval matrix. • Work closely with business stakeholders, TSC Leads, vendors, and onboarding teams. • Maintain accurate data updates in ATS (SuccessFactors) and ensure audit readiness. • Track ageing, closures, and pipeline health for assigned demands. • Strong in candidate database management - ATS and Excel Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong understanding of IT skills hiring and niche/volume fulfillment. • Experience with ATS (SuccessFactors preferred). • Stakeholder and vendor management skills. • Data accuracy, process orientation, and compliance mindset. • Good communication, follow‑ups, and closure ownership.
