Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsible for: • Manpower Planning & Deployment. • Material Planning, Shop Inventory, Production Planning and Execution for the shift. Target Setting & Meeting the same • Co-ordination with supplier and customer for efficient shift operations. • Shift Scheduling, Absenteeism Controls • Monitoring and maintenance of Paint shop system cleaning activities. • Efficient Operational control of the shift wrt shop control indices in terms of Daily Work Management. • Productivity improvements through kaizens/KK themes • Initiatives towards reduction in FOS cost, Hazardous Waste, Fire Load. • Initiatives towards sustainability - water consumption reduction. Preferred Industries Manufacturing Education Qualification BE/Btech-Paint Technology/Chemical Engg/Mechanical Engg General Experience 3-7 Years Critical Experience • Robot Programming (ABB robots) • Knowledge of Automobile Paint Shop /Paint Technology. • Hands on Experience on Robots Programming and modifying program for fine tuning • PT CED and Painting Process. • Knowledge of various chemicals, solvents, various testing methods for quality assurance. • Knowledge on Paint shop system cleaning activities (PT, CED, Painting lines) • Knowledge of safety aspects. • Good communication skills. • Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills • Knowledge of SAP.
