DE&A - IPA - Power Platform

Key Responsibilities: • Design and Development: Create, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate. • Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and define business processes for automation. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure quality and functionality. • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly. • Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all automation processes, including bot design, configuration, and validation. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of RPA bots. • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the RPA infrastructure is secure and stable.
