Key Responsibilities • Process and monitor Working Capital products including: • Cash Credit (CC) • Overdraft (OD) • Bank Guarantees (BG) • Letter of Credit (LC) • Bills Discounting • Supply Chain Finance transactions • Verify and process disbursements, renewals, limit setups, enhancements, and closures. • Perform documentation scrutiny, regulatory checks, and compliance verification. • Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers for smooth transaction execution. • Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined TATs. • Handle operational exceptions, reconciliations, and audit observations. • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and risk controls. • Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects. • Prepare operational MIS, dashboards, and management reports. Eligibility • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field. • 4–8 years of experience in Working Capital Operations within Banking/NBFCs. • Strong understanding of trade finance and working capital products. • Knowledge of documentation, disbursement processes, and operational risk controls. • Exposure to core banking and workflow systems preferred.
