Cancellation and Refund Policy

WorkboxIn is a free service with an optional paid plan, WorkboxIn Pro. This page explains how Pro billing works, how to cancel and when a refund is given. WorkboxIn Pro is a digital service; nothing is shipped.

Pricing and billing

• Your first month of Pro costs ₹19.
• After the first 30 days, Pro renews automatically at ₹199 a month, or ₹799 a year if you chose the yearly plan.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and net banking). We do not store your card or bank details.
• You can see your plan and next renewal date at any time under Settings, then Billing.

Cancelling

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from Settings, then Billing, then “Cancel automatic renewal”. After you cancel, you will not be charged again. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your resumes and portfolio are kept.

Refunds

• Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• If you were charged twice for the same period, charged an incorrect amount, or charged and did not receive Pro because of a problem on our side, we will refund the amount in full.
• If you cancelled before a renewal date and were still charged, email us and we will refund that renewal.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the amount in your account.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@workboxin.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply as soon as we can, usually within 2 working days.
